PickWise is an independent consumer matching service. We do not manufacture, sell or install windows or doors, and we do not carry out any work ourselves. We use the information you provide to identify participating professionals serving your area, where available.

Information you provide: your first and last name, email address, phone number, ZIP code, and the answers you give about your project — what you're looking to replace, approximate number of windows, project type, ideal timeframe and property ownership.

Information collected automatically: IP address, browser and device type, screen size, language and time zone, the page you landed on, the referring website, and campaign parameters such as UTM values and advertising click identifiers. We also record the date, time and content of your consent, including a form-certification record where applicable.

To process your enquiry, verify it, and identify participating professionals serving your area; to send you a confirmation of the enquiry you submitted; to respond to your questions; to measure and improve advertising and website performance; and to detect fraud, abuse and duplicate submissions, and to comply with legal obligations.

When you submit an enquiry and provide consent, we may share your details with one or more participating window and door professionals so they can contact you about your project. Those professionals are independent businesses and their own privacy practices apply once they receive your information.

We also share information with service providers who operate our website, database, email delivery, analytics and lead-delivery infrastructure on our behalf, and where required by law or to protect our legal rights.

Under some state privacy laws, sharing your enquiry with professionals may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. See Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information.

By submitting the form and checking the consent box, you agree that PickWise and the participating professionals we match you with may contact you at the phone number and email address you provided, including by automatic telephone dialing system, artificial or prerecorded voice, and SMS text message, about your enquiry. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP to opt out of text messages or ask any caller to stop contacting you.

We use cookies and similar technologies for essential site operation, analytics and advertising measurement. You can control cookies through your browser settings and through the consent banner shown on this site.

We retain enquiry records for as long as needed for the purposes described above and to meet legal, compliance and record-keeping requirements. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or obtain a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of its sale or sharing. To make a request, email hello@pickwise.com. We will verify your request and respond within the timeframe required by law, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
